Ezra is a Learning and Development service, delivered by an app and a web client. The organisation provides high impact leadership development programmes, primarily through video coaching, with their core customer base being the Heads of Human Resourcing, Chief Talent Officers and Chief Learning Officers at multinational corporates.
The company approached Wild Dog to redevelop their existing website to design and develop a more flexible digital solution that would allow them to build an effective marketing site to showcases the services and client base.
The primary objective for the site is lead generation, coupled with an extensive resource hub around L&D to engage users at an earlier point in the journey and generate information and new developments for clients.
As a company Ezra is a stand alone, independent organisation, whilst it also historically benefited from being part of an established group of companies. Part of our brief was to ensure that the new site design naturally be on brand, whilst evolving the existing site to move away from any legacy ‘start up’ look and feel to reflect the Company’s experience and industry sector expertise.
As part of this process we adopted a more considered navigation and UX; reflecting the needs of users through specific devices – especially that of the mobile user over a pc viewer.

The project commenced with a comprehensive UCD approach, covering competitor analysis, core site objectives, audience profiling and user journeys, full wire-frame and responsive design; coupled with CMS build, integration and client training.
Wild Dog’s core objective was to position Ezra as the experts in terms of both Learning and Development in virtual leadership coaching through a demonstration of the in-depth knowledge of the team and the services/breadth of training available.
The intuitive nature of the site design allows for the various core audience, be they Heads of Human Resourcing, Chief Talent Officers or Chief Learning Officers to generate leads through enquiry forms, calls and clear call-to-actions in relevant places throughout the site; with the Insights and Resources section playing a key role in lead generation.
