Comprising a breadth of talent, from Art Directors, Construction Managers to set builders and Scenic Painters, Bizibot have worked on shows including Squid Game: The Challenge, Traitors, Love Island and I’m a Celebrity.
Their new website needed to be as meticulous, inspiring and well-designed as Bizibot’s output. Functionally it needed to act as a showcase of the breadth and detail of the work, with highly visual galleries and a clear description of the types of services they offer, and the personalities behind the work.
As the project developed, it became clear that the much-loved original ‘robot’ was in need of a make over. A beautifully illustrated and intricate image had been created at the start of Bizibot’s existence, but it struggled to cut through in digital formats and the level of detail made it hard to manipulate into different formats.
We crafted a simpler, distinctive, yet personality filled robot, retaining many of the original features (wind-up mechanism, and facial features). With bold lines it was much easier to work in a variety of formats. And was conceived to be adapted into scenarios relating to the shows themselves (for example, wearing a hood in Traitors, or a Squid Game mask).
