The Harley Street Health District is a connected community of healthcare providers and HealthTech pioneers in the heart of London’s prestigious Marylebone district. It comprises 40% of London’s Independent Healthcare market, and more than 2,000 individual consultants work in the area. The Howard de Walden Estate acts as steward for the area, and is responsible for the renovation, development and marketing of individual properties to innovative healthcare providers.
Over the course of 2024 and 2025, Wild Dog has been working with Howard de Walden to create individual brands and marketing collateral for a number of properties in the area, ranging from individual buildings on Harley Street or nearby mews houses, to the flagship property at 1 Harley Street, which is being developed as a brand new hospital.
Each property needs to have its own personal look-and-feel, which reflects the building, but also appeals to the distinct type of business that could take residence there, ranging from primary care, through diagnostics to specialist healthcare provision.
To date we have developed 6 distinct brands along with supporting marketing material, to enable the Howard de Walden estate to take the properties to market.
For the flagship hospital, the customary analogue marketing collateral needed to be enhanced by a bespoke website, which needed to reflect the unique and prestigious location of the property, whilst integrating into the wider brands of both the Harley Street Health District and Howard de Walden themselves.
