Nick, Selective Asia’s founder, is using the landmark (excuse) of a milestone birthday to take some time out to walk the walk of slow travel, and has conceived the trip of a lifetime, travelling from Brighton’s Pavilion to the Taj Mahal. By rail.
Months in the planning, the trip is a great opportunity to showcase the possibility of slower travel and highlight the places, people and experiences that otherwise go overlooked when flying from point to point.
Wild Dog is proud to be supporting in a small way, creating a spin-off brand for the trip and giving it an online destination. This plays two roles – keeping people updated with the journey as Nick wends his way through two continents, crossing 39 borders and taking 39 trains; also, as a platform to promote this epic adventure to the media and wider community.
