We are delighted to announce we have been selected to work with Rampion Offshore Wind Ltd. on its new dedicated website, due to launch later this year. Sussex residents will no doubt have seen the start of the construction of the offshore wind farm, with 116 turbine foundations installed during 2016 and turbines now beginning to appear on the coastal horizon.
This new, clean, renewable energy generator will generate enough power to supply the equivalent of almost 347,000 homes a year, or around half the homes in Sussex, including Brighton & Hove. The new website will be packed with information on the construction itself, the wind farm components, environmental benefits, educational materials, latest news and community-based initiatives.
Sue Vincent, Onshore Stakeholder Manager said “from the inception, the aim has been that the Rampion Offshore Wind Farm should be deep-rooted into the community in every sense and truly become part of this vibrant region. We have been keen to work with local suppliers wherever possible and are pleased to have selected Brighton agency Wild Dog as our website partner. We were impressed with their strategic and creative abilities, and look forward to launching the new website later this year, which aims to deliver plenty of useful information for local residents and beyond.”
